How to Connect to a Video or Phone Appointment

Important: Please note that all remote consultations must be scheduled ahead of time, unless you are directed to this page by one of the doctors. If you connect here without an appointment you will not be able to connect to one of the doctors.

Device Compatibility

iPhone/iPad: Use Safari only. Other browsers will not work.
Android (LG, HTC, Samsung, etc.): Any browser works, but Chrome is recommended.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Click on the link for the doctor you will be connecting to.
Enter your name.
Click “Check In”.
Enable and allow camera access.
Need help with your camera?

You will be checked into your session.
Your doctor will join at your appointment time.
